You must provide complete and accurate information when creating an account or submitting applications. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities on your account.

By registering or submitting forms through Pathwise, you consent to receive communications related to programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and membership updates.

User Data

Pathwise does not claim ownership of your personal data. By using Pathwise, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for purposes related to delivering and improving our services.

Data is stored securely and only used for operational and administrative needs. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or services
• Harass, threaten, or abuse students, coaches, or staff through Pathwise

Termination

Pathwise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted after 60 days unless legally required to be retained.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted in the user portal. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability
